How does THIAMIDOL work with the skin? What are the effects?

There are many factors that cause dark marks, for example sun exposure, ageing, hormonal changes or acne. All of these have an impact on the production of melanin, a brown pigment in our skin which leads to unbalanced pigmentation. THIAMIDOL acts at the root cause of pigmentation. It effectively reduces the melanin production by blocking the enzyme tyrosinase, which converts the amino acid tyrosine into melanin.

Why are the products still called “LUMINOUS630®" if they now contain THIAMIDOL?

The products have always contained THIAMIDOL. The ingredient was initially named W630 to match the range name LUMINOUS630® which is well established, so there is no need to change it.

How many pumps of the serum should be applied to get a result?

The main guidance to get results is to apply the serum twice a day (morning & evening) every day for at least four weeks. A normal application should be one to two pumps. There is no need to apply more (if so, the product will not last as long). The results gradually become better with regular usage.
