NIVEA SOFT JAR 200ML

I have been using the original nivea soft for nearly 20 years, it’s amazing and I always recommend! But this new vegan version is awful, it’s sticky and very drying on my face, I will not be buying this again! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring back the original version! One very upset customer.

I've been using this moisturizer for over 3 years now. I loved it and my skin did too. Things changed when they updated the formula. This new formula makes the product the worst thing I've ever used. It now leaves my skin feeling dry and tight. There's also this weird effect where it makes me sweat excessively. I hate this moisturizer now and have since found a new one.

The new vegan formula of Nivea Soft feels like a completely different product vs. the original version. I have found the new formula highly irritating for my sensitive skin and completely unusable. In recent years I had trouble with eczema on my face and, after trying many alternative brands including those prescribed by my doctor, the original Nivea Soft was the only product that truly calmed it down. I am really worried what will happen to my skin when my supply of the original formula runs out. Nivea Soft has been a staple skincare product of mine for many years but I will need to look to alternative brands in the future to find something compatible with my skin. Beiersdorf, please please please bring back your original Nivea Soft formula as soon as possible!
