New Vegan Formula is awful
I've used this face/body cream for decades, and it always soaked straight into my skin and left it feeling soft and supple. Now they've changed the formula and it just sits on my skin like some cheap lotion and it's sticky and my skin is tight and uncomfortable. I hate it and am so sad because I loved this product. Please, please change the formula back to what it was so that we don't all have to go buy other brands and you lose all your loyal customers. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Why do companies do this.

I would like to inquire on whether you have changed your formula recently? I have been a loyal user of this product for many years. I bought a new jar a few days ago and everything is different. The scent, the consistency and my face has also started burning the moment I use it. I would appreciate some feedback. Batch nr 42416774

New formula? Terrible
Hello, I've been using this cream for 30 years. It was the only cream that would work for me. The last batch I bought is absolutely awful, feels oily but won't penetrate the skin, and irritates it. I see lots of comments re the new formula, not sure if there's a new formula since it wasn't advertised on the packaging but can this please be checked and go back to before.
