I've used Nivea soft for more than 2oyrs now.but u changed it to vegan and the product makes my skin dry and flaky especially on my nose area.pls bring the old mixture back.i don't know what to use now😟42416774

New Vegan Formula is awful
I've used this face/body cream for decades, and it always soaked straight into my skin and left it feeling soft and supple. Now they've changed the formula and it just sits on my skin like some cheap lotion and it's sticky and my skin is tight and uncomfortable. I hate it and am so sad because I loved this product. Please, please change the formula back to what it was so that we don't all have to go buy other brands and you lose all your loyal customers. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Why do companies do this.

I would like to inquire on whether you have changed your formula recently? I have been a loyal user of this product for many years. I bought a new jar a few days ago and everything is different.
